Michel-Natal-Sparwood Heritage Society runs a community museum that was established to preserve and display the heritage of the no-longer towns of Michel and Natal, and the Elk Valley area. The museum is dedicated to preserving and sharing the histories of the land we call home. From dinosaurs roaming 150 milliom years ago to the vibrant communities we lost to time, our collections tell the stories of the coal mining industry and the lives of all those who came before us.
